Animating shadows in 3ds max using noise control



 i'm posting a very simple tutorial on how to make a Animating shadows in 3ds max using noise control.this can be useful for creating a animating shadows for fires,explosions,light flickers etc....

1. First create a simple objects. In the perspective viewport make a shape look like this.

2.create some random mr area omni lights in the scene.after creating lights create some sphere and Aline to the lights then select the light make a link to the sphere

3.then select the sphere go to-->motion-->assign controller as shown bellow


4.After selection assign controller select the transform position you want to assign the controller for example:-select X position and got to assign float controller.In that list select BEZIER FLOAT then select FLOAT LIST.as shown bellow

5.After selecting those bought again select  NOISE FLOAT and apply.

6.Noise controller will appear.then change following parameters. 

7.like that apply for all the XYZ axis to move the lights randomly.

After making some tweaks final result will be like this.
